1. Manufacturing defects
(e.g., faulty joints, structural issues, improper assembly, loose or uneven legs)
2. Material defects
(e.g., cracks in the wood that were present from production, defects in veneer, faulty hardware)
3. Workmanship defects
(e.g., poor finishing, peeling finish, uneven staining or coating)
What warranties we do NOT cover:
* Damage caused by misuse or accidents
* Normal wear and tear
* Changes in wood due to humidity, temperature, or sunlight
* Improper cleaning or maintenance
* Modifications or repairs not done by us
